1. About Supanova Creatives
Supanova Creatives, LLC is a Caribbean-based company specialising in AI-powered concierge systems, workflow automation, and client intelligence infrastructure for luxury real estate and related industries. We operate from The Bahamas as a division of Little Cloud Bahamas.
Our services include, but are not limited to: concierge system strategy, lead handling and follow-up automation, database reactivation campaigns, and client visibility and trust layer infrastructure.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supanova Creatives, LLC and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supanova Creatives, LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
13. Severability
